| Please find homes just listed in Salt Lake. As you may have noticed, many of these listings do not have pictures. This is a huge mistake on the seller's agent behalf. What about making a good first impression? Let me explain. The astute home buyer has already subscribed to an automated email property delivery system, like my Quick List service (see left). This free service scans the market for homes that match your search criteria, and emails a link to the new listings daily. I currently have more than seven hundred clients enjoying this free service. The notification email is sent the first day the property is listed, so if the picture is posted on the third day, the 'first impression' opportunity is lost forever.
If you see no picture below, the seller's agent could be doing a better job. Consider this when it is time to sell your home.
