Instant Buyer Feedback

Instant Electronic Showing Feedback

One common complaint of the Utah home seller is the lack of feedback from their Realtor®. We have created a custom showing feedback system that is appreciated by seller and agent .

Telephone feedback is most commonly used among the Realtors. The problem with telephone feedback is that if your home has been shown along with six others in a given property tour, a buyers agent will have a hard time remembering your home from the others unless their buyer showed interest.

Our electronic feedback system includes a photo of your home (to jog the memory of the buyers agent), along with eight critical multiple choice questions. You recieve a copy of the showing feedback the instant it is entered. The results are summarized and logged into our showing database. A link to the tallied results give instant access to your showing feedback.

First, let's pretend that you are a Realtor®, and you just showed your client, Betty Buyer a condo in Cedar hills, Utah. Shortly after the showing, Link Arrow click here to see what you will receive. Go ahead, fill out the form! No obscenities please.

Now let's pretend that you are Sally Seller, the owner of the beautiful Cedar Hills Condo. Link Arrow Click here to see your instant electronic feedback report summary.

Our electronic feedback system compiles information on every showing and compiles the results to a simple report accessible on your schedule.

The three fundamental components to selling any home includes Price, Exposure and Time. Without carful consideration to all three, you home will become stale on the market.

Price: Price your home too high and it won't sell. Also, if your home sells too quickly, you may have gifted equity to the buyer.

Exposure: The more advertising exposure, the more potential buyers. The very best place to advertising real estate in Utah County is the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service Database (WFRMLS).

Time: Price and exposure will determine how long it will take to sell your home. Also, how much personal time are you willing to invest to market your home?

Price, exposure and time must balance with the current market conditions in order to successfully market and sell your home.
